Childline is the UK’s free 24 hour counselling service for children and young people, available by phone on 0800 1111 and online. You can contact ChildLine about anything. No problem is too big or too small. Whatever your worry it’s better out than in. There are several ways you can get in touch with them. Please check the ‘Talk’ page: www.childline.org.uk

Papyrus HOPELineUK is a specialist telephone service staffed by trained professionals who give non-judgmental support, practical advice and information to: Children, teenagers and young people up to the age of 35 who are worried about how they are feeling. Mon-Fri: 10am-10pm, weekends: 2pm-10pm and bank holidays: 2pm-5pm.
