What is psychosocial support?

Explore our unique psychosocial support offer with Katrina and how it might help you.

Psycho-social support is a form of therapy where your worker will typically focus on building a positive relationship and you will hopefully feel accepted, listened too and understood. The sessions are a place for you to talk about aspects of your life you are struggling with. Your worker will help you understand how your relationship with yourself is contributing to how you're feeling as well as understanding how other aspects of your life affects you too. This could be friendships, relationships, discrimination, finances, family, school etc
