There is no judgement in the group, no right or wrong, it is a space where you can be yourself, express yourself and meet like-minded people and make friends.
What happens in the group?
We do a whole host of things sometimes we learn moves and routines, other times we develop our creative skills by devising our own moves, dances and ideas.
As well as the art, movement and creativity we always have a laugh, and the occasional deep conversation and debate. You don’t have to have any experience to join, just an interest and open heart and mind.
