Winter Opening Time Update
Our building opening hours over the winter break are:
Mon 23rd Dec - Open from 10am
Tues 24th Dec - Open 10-4pm
Wed 25th Dec -Closed
Thurs 26th Dec - Closed
Fri 27th Dec - Closed
Mon 30th Dec - Closed
Tues 31st Dec - Closed
Mon 1st Jan - Closed
We will be unable to process new referrals from Dec 25th to Jan 1st, with a limited service operating on Dec 30th and 31st. We’ll respond to all enquiries from Jan 2nd onwards.

-Text SHOUT to 85258 -a 24/7 crisis support service.

Our telephone lines are available to answer queries regarding:
• Young people, parents, carers or professionals calling to ask advice or to request support.

From the week commencing 4th November, our phone line (0161 228 7321) will be open three times a week, on the days and times below:
• Mondays: 1 p.m. until 5 p.m.
• Wednesday: 1 p.m. until 5 p.m.
• Fridays: 1 p.m. until 5 p.m.
