42nd Street can offer weekly online support to young people *in Salford*. Follow one of the links below to get registered and we’ll get back in touch within a few days to get things set up. Don’t worry if you’re not sure which of these sounds best for you – you can always change and chat things over with your worker. You can flip between all of these, or combine them, whichever works best for you!

With this option, you agree a specific time with your worker to log on each week and have a text chat.
It’s great if you want a similar experience to face to face support, but prefer the comfort of your own room (or anywhere else!)
With this option, you can send messages to your worker whenever works for you and they’ll send a longer reply once a week.
It’s great if things are a bit chaotic or you feel you need to grab moments here and there to get support.
Is it right for me?
Online support can be helpful for a lot of the same things that people access face to face support for.
However it might not be able to help if you feel you’re in crisis or need help immediately. If this sounds like you, have a look at our page here for services you can get in touch with (we’re not able to staff our online platform 24/7!)
How it works
All you need to do is register on one of the links above, telling us a little bit about why you’re like support.
We’ll get back to you, usually within 48 hours, and will let you know when a worker will be in touch (if we’ve had a lot of registrations it might be a couple of weeks until someone is able to start support with you, but it’s usually shorter)
Just so you know – if we don’t hear back from you for a couple of weeks we’ll assume you no longer need support and will give that space to someone else waiting.
If you’d like to know more about how online support works or have any other questions, drop us an e-mail at email@example.com
